I hereby represent that the submitted artwork is my original artwork, was done without assistance and was completed after 2007. TAG Gallery may reproduce submitted art in promotional material relating to TAG Gallery and the California Open without additional consideration to the Artist. Copyrights in all artwork are fully reserved to the Artist. TAG Gallery is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected entires. Entries not meeting the submission criteria set forth in this form will be disqualified and the entry fee will not be refunded.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Images must be in JPG format, RGB color, 300 dpi resolution.
- The largest dimension must be 1200 pixels (4 inches).
- Work should be titled LastName_FirstName_ImageTitle.jpg
