Bruce Sanders is an expressionist and abstract painter from Malibu. His work blurs the lines between the real and mystical worlds. Using color, texture, line, and form, his paintings are filled with emotional content that compels viewers to react, empathize, and interpret their own feelings. This solo show entitled “MAGICAL FLOWERS / MYSTICAL TREES” comes on the 8th anniversary of his beloved wife’s passing. Barbara loved working in the garden; and she treasured the blessings of flowers, trees, and plants. She thought of a garden as a “sacred place” and she found great peace there. Bruce has dedicated his show to honor Barbara. May her memory be a blessing.
