Miracle Mile, a collection from artist Eran Barnea optically takes viewers on a journey through the historic Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles. Barnea was born in Israel and trained in fine art, architecture, code breaking, and digital visual effects for movies. This is the artist’s third solo exhibition at TAG.
Robert Zent Chew is best known for his abstracted landscapes and florals. Mixed Impressions, Chew’s latest exhibition at TAG remains true to this stylistic disposition with themes ranging from the American West to Tropical to the French countryside.
Sunhee Joo’s Love of Nature exhibition visually presents the mild & gentle themes of nature. The collection combines traditional painting methods with manipulation tools like Photoshop. Sunhee Joo considers art to be “visual poetry.” The showcase aims to communicate tranquility and the artist’s love for God through creative imagery.
Shirley Asano Guldimann’s exhibition, titled Visions, will present paintings and drawings that combine stream of consciousness line drawing, classical and modern painting, and traditional Japanese elements. This range of techniques adds an element of surprise, keeping viewers engaged and intrigued.
Pieces of You, TAG’s latest group exhibition will additionally be on view through November 29. This exhibition will highlight collage as an artform. Group exhibitions allow TAG members to present individual takes on chosen themes. Mediums such as photography, painting, digital art, sculpture and mixed media works will be included in the showcase.
