About TAG, The Artists Gallery
TAG Gallery is a contemporary fine art gallery located on Museum Row in the Miracle Mile Wilshire Blvd district of Los Angeles, California. The Gallery represents award-winning contemporary Southern California artists and international artists working in all mediums and styles, and features new exhibitions and events every month and season of the year.
Founded in 1993, now celebrating over 30 years, The Artists Gallery (TAG) is an artist-founded and operated not-for-profit arts cooperative that provides mutual-benefit and creative freedom to members of the organization, encouraging the exploration of new media, artist collaboration, and artistic focus among the members in hopes of enriching individual artists, our community, and the art world at large.
TAG offers a welcoming environment through new exhibitions each month, member curatorial shows, artist discussions, and creative public events.
Each year, TAG invites artists to exhibit in the annual Made In the USA Open, The Los Angeles Open, and The Shelley Lazarus Excellence in Watercolor Award. These invitational shows are juried by an internationally recognized artist or well-respected art community member.
